The state of New Hampshire is reopening. Naturally Custom is navigating back to "normal". We have critical suppliers in other states of the country that have not fully reopened. Right now this is not affecting our ability to maintain customer service, design, production, and shipping. But there could be some more bumps down the road. So please be patient and be kind. We are all navigating this path the best we can with the tools we have.

Gov. Sununu has extended the State of Emergency in N.H. for another 21 days (through May 25, 2020). From today through the end of the order we will continue to provide service for all essential orders (orders related to essential personnel and/or awareness of COVID-19). All non-essential orders will begin design & production after the order has been lifted. If you are unsure which category you fall under please contact us at Creative@Naturally-Custom.com.

Gov. Sununu Issues Emergency Stay-At-Home Order in N.H. effective March 27th through May 4th and therefore Naturally Custom will be temporarily closing down shop until the order has been lifted. We will complete all orders within our queue. Any new orders received here through our web-store, through Etsy, or elsewhere will be prompted that we cannot begin production until the stay-at-home order has been lifted. We welcome anyone to purchase gift cards during this time to support our small business and family. And more importantly we will everyone and their loved ones remain safe and healthy.

Our critical supplier in Wisconsin informed us that the state issued a mandatory shut down. They intend to be able to reopen April 25, 2020. Until then we cannot replenish our button supplies. With that said, we do still have a solid stock of inventory. We will continue fulfilling existing orders and taking new orders as long as possible.
 

March 18, 2020

The United States Postal Service has posted an advisory about COVID-19.  Since an employee of USPS has tested positive Express Shipping to China is suspended furthermore both international and domestic orders may be impacted by a delay.  If your having trouble we recommend using the link below to reroute or have your package held for pick up in person at your local USPS.
